For the 2011-2014 quadrennial, AIBA has seven commissions of experts in different fields.
Their duties are, among others:
- To participate in the development of AIBA stategies and plans;
- To evaluate and review AIBA activities;
- To assist AIBA activities in order to ensure successful results;
The current AIBA Commissions, in alphabetical order, are as follows:
