AIBA has postponed the start of the Youth World Championships in Baku until 25th April because of the unprecedented travel situation across Europe and the importance of this event as the sole qualifying tournament for the Youth Olympic Games.
Participating national federations are advised not to rebook their return flights unless their boxers qualify for the semi-finals on 2-3 May.

May 3 Finals
Although this may adversely affect nations who are able to make it to Baku for the original start time, the Local Organizing Committee has kindly offered to cover the food and lodging costs of all federations who have to extend their stay for the semi-finals.
